Vanderbilt NYC APT, Inc. reflects Principal Adam Kapner’s ten years of experience managing properties in Manhattan and the Hamptons.

Adam Kapner founded Vanderbilt NYC APT, Inc. in 2013. It was a natural transition from his prior property management career. Adam spent ten years refining his skills by managing properties in Manhattan, the Hamptons, and the tri-state area. Adam most recently worked as the Senior Property Manager of a 250-unit property in Gramercy Park. He managed a staff of ten, directed the marketing initiatives for the properties, and also oversaw construction. During his career managing properties, Adam averaged an impressive vacancy rate of a mere one percent!

Adam Kapner is the Founder and Principal at NYC Apartment Management Inc. and Vanderbilt NYC APT, Inc in 2013. For a decade, Adam has refined his skills by managing New York City Co-ops, Condos, Brownstones, Foreign Investors of Single Units and Developers. He has specialized in boutique brokerage sales—specifically representing buyers and sellers in the Lincoln Towers complex on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. Currently, Adam oversees a staff of ten, direct marketing initiatives for properties and manages over 350 units across 20 buildings.

Paul Lowenfels

Paul Lowenfels has brought over 16 years of diversified real estate experience to Vanderbilt NYC APT, Inc.  He began his career working as a property manager in 2003 for one of the  top management firms in New York.  Paul managed class-A residential properties as well as office properties.

At Vanderbilt NYC APT, Inc., Paul oversees capital projects and day to day maintenance for numerous cooperative and condominium properties. He also, attends board and annual  meetings to report on maintenance and operational issues. Additionally, Paul is the point of contact for Boards and regularly conducts inspections to the various properties in the Vanderbilt NYC APT, Inc. portfolio. Furthermore, Paul interacts and builds positive rapport with building staff, contractors and Owners.

John Cirella

John Cirella oversees capital projects and day to day maintenance for numerous rental,  cooperative and condominium properties.  John attends ownership meetings to report on maintenance and operational issues.  He is in direct contact with building staff, superintendents, vendors etc.  He is also the point of contact for Boards and Ownership  and makes regular inspections to the properties in the Vanderbilt NYC APT, Inc. portfolio.

John brings over 4 years of diversified Real Estate experience to Vanderbilt NYC APT, Inc.  John graduated from St. John’s School of Real Estate Management. 

At Vanderbilt NYC APT, Inc., John uses his extensive experience to manage a portfolio of properties, overseeing the day to day maintenance operations and capital projects.
